About the role:
- Lead the team of GTM engineers and own their standards, infrastructure, and growth.
- Stay hands-on building systems that make the entire team faster.
What you'll do:
- Manage and develop a team of GTM engineers across marketing, sales, and platform work.
- Set the team's engineering practices including version control, review, documentation, and ownership.
- Act as the team's ambassador to AI enablement engineering and shape handoffs.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years across RevOps, GTM engineering, or similar with hands-on building.
- 2+ years managing builders with proven growth results.
- Fluency across the GTM funnel: marketing, sales, and customer success.
