The opportunity:
- Build a new GTM engineering function within an established product organization.
- Start with a team of 2-3 engineers and work with Product, Data, Marketing, and Revenue.

- Improve inbound and outbound sales technology and use AI to make workflows dependable.
Who you are:
- Strong GTM or growth engineering experience with recent hands-on work.
- Engineering management experience and practical AI judgment.
