RevOps Lead

The Role:

• Own the last leg of the funnel: turning approved leads into housed members through calling and outreach.
• Build reporting to make the entire demand funnel legible for leadership.

The Person We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics.
• Fluent in SQL or BI tools like Hex, Mode, or Looker with a knack for agent coaching.

Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Optimize AI-driven and human call scripts, cadences, and objection handling.
• Maintain end-to-end funnel dashboards in Hex and close reporting gaps.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Strong analytical rigor and experience with lead routing and CRM hygiene.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
