Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Managing service quality for international customers.
  • Optimizing service portfolios to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with top management to ensure successful service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of IT industry experience in service or delivery management.
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ITIL and Agile concepts with process management experience.

**Skills:**

  • Exceptional presentation and moderation abilities.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
