Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Managing service quality for international customers.
- Optimizing service portfolios to meet customer needs.
- Collaborating with top management to ensure successful service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of IT industry experience in service or delivery management.
- Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher) with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in ITIL and Agile concepts with process management experience.
**Skills:**
- Exceptional presentation and moderation abilities.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a remote team environment.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
