Job Description

Play a pivotal role in fostering business expansion and guaranteeing client satisfaction in your assigned region. This involves implementing sales strategies, cultivating robust client connections, and achieving ambitious growth goals, all while serving as Halter's local representative. Focus on daily tasks that boost growth performance and provide value to your clientele. Team up with cross-functional groups, such as Product, Support, and regional sales teams to communicate insights from the field, making sure Halter's technology stays aligned with farmers' needs. This role necessitates a forward-thinking and hands-on methodology, with a dedication to broadening reach and ensuring lasting customer contentment. Regularly travel within the Gippsland area of Victoria, ideally from a base in Traralgon. Halter entered Tasmania two years ago and now has 20% of the state’s dairy herd with Halter.Halter has also recently entered Queensland. In Victoria, Halter is operating on one farm: the government’s research farm (Ellinbank Smartfarm).
