Key Responsibilities:
- Live Clinical & Tech Support: Provide real-time support to dental practices via phone, chat, and email.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues for Windows 10 PCs, peripherals, and device connectivity.
- Workflow Optimization: Review dental orders and assist with troubleshooting digital workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a healthcare technical support, IT, or clinical tech environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows 10, Google Suite, and basic networking infrastructure.
