About the Role:
- As Corporate Counsel, you will ensure the company's governance framework is robust and compliant.
- You will provide strategic legal advice on corporate law and governance.
- You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive governance initiatives.
Your Tasks:
- Advise on corporate law and housekeeping.
- Support corporate housekeeping and entity management.
- Develop and maintain governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of Dutch corporate law experience.
- Academic degree in Law.
- Fluency in English.
