Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound patient interactions to support scheduling and coordination of diagnostic imaging services.
- Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments across CT, MRI, mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, and more.
- Accurately document all interactions, verify orders, and ensure adherence to client protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; minimum six months of healthcare contact center or scheduling experience required.
- Strong verbal communication, empathy, and ability to work from home in a private, HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed and type at least 40 wpm.
Compensation & Benefits:
