Job Description

Follow up with inbound leads, qualifying their fit for Blytheco’s software and services. Research and identify potential clients in our target market(s) and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Make designated number of outbound calls and emails to qualify leads based on hot, medium and cold designation using the automated platform in Acumatica. Create a personalized plan of strategic engagement for top prospects. Uncover pain points and understand the prospective clients short-term and long-term strategic objectives, working with the business solutions team to recommend tools and robust solutions that will help prospective clients achieve their business goals. Maintain and enhance the prospect client experience with a cadence of touch point, follow up, and educational/informational phone calls and/or emails. Regularly enter, update, and maintain information on prospective clients in our CRM (Acumatica). Assist the sales team by performing administrative tasks to include but not limited to creating opportunities and registering leads with publishers. Stay abreast of company and 3 rd party offerings. Analyze and monitor trends in the marketplace, making recommendations as to what it takes to become a partner of choice for prospective clients. Meet and exceed established quotas and KPI’s.
