As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will play a pivotable role in increased adoption, driving growth and strengthening relationships within our mid-market customer base. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their use of Agiloft solutions to achieve their business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape client success while advancing your career in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Develop and execute strategic account expansion plans to increase revenue and market share within existing mid-market accounts. Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base to drive growth. Manage renewals to ensure long-term client retention and revenue stability. Confidently articulate the value of Agiloft solutions and leverage resources to win opportunities. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including individual contributors to senior-level and C-level executives. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ business challenges and aligning Agiloft’s capabilities with their goals.
