Drive market growth across Texas and expand the client base within the TPA and broker ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Nomi’s go-to-market strategy, and driving revenue through innovative healthcare fintech solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales executive who thrives on building relationships, and driving strategic growth within the healthcare and benefits space. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting TPAs, brokers, and consultants. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits ecosystem. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to align on strategy and client delivery. Drive complex negotiations and close high-value deals that advance both client and company goals. Represent Nomi at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (50–70% travel).
