Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise workforce strategies aligned with strategic direction.

- Oversee workforce governance, compliance, and duty of care alignment.
Qualifications and Expectations:
- 7-10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, people operations, or volunteer engagement.
- Proven leadership in scaling volunteer-driven organizations.
- Strong skills in change management, executive communication, and systems design.
