ServiceNow Solution Architect Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise client leaders and explain technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions for employee experience, workflows, and AI agents.
• Define target architecture and platform standards for major client programs.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience with complex design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders.
