Director, Vanta for Government (V4G) Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Own the V4G partner strategy across Federal and SLED, defining partner archetypes, tiering, and coverage model.
• Own the V4G partner-sourced pipeline and ARR contribution, and define metrics for partner performance and network coverage.
• Design programs and mechanisms that let the network scale, including partner tiering, enablement, co-sell motion, and standardized agreements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing public sector channel or partnerships, with a strong network across GSIs, MSPs, resellers, and auditors.
• Deep familiarity with FedRAMP and CMMC compliance programs, and Federal and SLED go-to-market motions.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing performance across a team.
