Position Summary:
- Provide end-to-end remote support for customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- Focus on handling liability claims, investigating, and coordinating with third parties.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage assigned liability claims.
- Communicate with customers, claimants, and insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, claims, and vehicle updates.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in liability claims, insurance, or customer service preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
