Liability Claims Processor

Position Summary:

• Provide end-to-end remote support for customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
• Focus on handling liability claims, investigating, and coordinating with third parties.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and manage assigned liability claims.
• Communicate with customers, claimants, and insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, claims, and vehicle updates.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in liability claims, insurance, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
