The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist operates as a supporting member of the wider Solve team, tasked with proactive identification of candidate profiles.
They are jointly tasked with development of talent and market intelligence reports as required.

Sourcing & Validation:

Deliver validated candidate profiles for technology roles across Asia Pacific using creative sourcing techniques.
Engage in early screening calls and take ownership of resurfacing candidates in Bullhorn.

Data & Reporting:

Provide regular status updates and create market reports on talent flow and availability.
Ensure accurate recording of all candidate interaction data.
