As a GTM Enablement Specialist, you will own the operational rhythm of Vantaβs global GTM onboarding program, including managing the automated scheduling of live sessions and coordinating facilitators, SMEs, and guest speakers. You will maintain onboarding communication cadences and support readiness for each onboarding cohort via Slack and other communication channels, and partner with the Enablement team to help deliver live sessions for sales onboarding and ongoing programs. Manage and maintain onboarding content, resources, and documentation to reflect the most up-to-date product updates, messaging, and processes. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Enablement teammates to continuously improve onboarding materials and experiences. Track onboarding program performance through surveys, completion rates, and enablement metrics to surface data-driven insights and improve the onboarding journey.
