Job Description
As a Senior Solutions Engineer – Existing Accounts, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for Redwood’s existing customers. This role merges the technical solutioning and expansion focus with the post-sales adoption and advocacy expertise. You will ensure customers realize maximum value from their Redwood investments by driving adoption, uncovering new opportunities for expansion, and acting as a trusted advisor who bridges business objectives with technical outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering to drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable business value across your assigned accounts.
Responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading health checks and business reviews, identifying adoption gaps, and translating business challenges into technical solutions. The role also involves acting as a technical liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to internal knowledge bases and process improvements to enhance customer experience.
