Job Description
Play a critical part in supporting Strategic Business Development (SBD) leaders, Clinical business developers (BDs) and sales management by driving internal operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and enabling commercial success. Your responsibilities will include managing sales performance metrics, maintaining Large Pharma M&A and pipeline trackers, streamlining contracted Gross New Business (cGNB) reporting, supporting Large Pharma sales leadership with ad-hoc organizational requests, and supporting the internal RFP/RFI/bid defense processes. While this role is not client-facing or quota-carrying, it is essential to the teamβs ability to grow our core clinical and overall R&DS businesses.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based near Durham, NC for occasional in-person collaboration.
