Responsibilities:
- Develop a multi-year technology roadmap and execute tactical configurations to enhance system efficiency and automation.
- Scope projects focused on simplicity and the strategic adoption of AI tools to improve legacy and new processes.
Team & Operations:
- Manage and develop a team of People systems professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with IT and People Partners to visualize and plan secure system integrations and employee workflows.
Service Delivery:
- Create training resources and build internal knowledge centers to ensure clarity and adoption for all staff.
- Evaluate service delivery success by maintaining benchmarks for resolution and response times, and iterating on workflows.
