Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Global Talent matters for clients.
- Translate client needs into clear internal briefs and priorities.
- Maintain a holistic view of each client’s team structure, scope, and evolution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client management or recruitment roles.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and resourcing processes.
- Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and headcount planning.
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Clear communicator able to translate between client language and internal delivery reality.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment.
