Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Global Talent matters for clients.
  • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs and priorities.
  • Maintain a holistic view of each client’s team structure, scope, and evolution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client management or recruitment roles.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment and resourcing processes.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and headcount planning.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Clear communicator able to translate between client language and internal delivery reality.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment.
