Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across the Western U.S. market.
- Identify, pursue, and help secure new opportunities across engineering, program management, and construction management services.
- Build and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, operators, EPC firms, and strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in business development within engineering, utilities, oil & gas, or water industries.
- Existing relationships in utility, energy, or infrastructure markets and a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
