You'll run Caribou's vehicle protection business, a business that touches every loan we fund.
Inherit a working business with strong data, established partners, and clear visibility into what's driving performance.

What You'll Do:

Own the numbers for how many protection products customers add and how much we earn across our F&I business.
Build new ways to sell and launch changes to how our sales team presents products.
Analyze it yourself: write SQL, read experiments, and find what's driving performance.

What Success Looks Like:

In your first 90 days: run the business day to day, lead partner reviews, and launch first sales initiatives.
In your first 6 months: grow products added and earnings through changes you design.
Ongoing: owner of Caribou's protection business, setting the plan and growing it quarter over quarter.

About You:

5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management.
You write your own SQL, design experiments, and have a track record of driving results.
Comfortable working closely with a sales team and managing partner relationships.
