Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex issues escalated from teams related to Patient Access Curator suite products.
  • Troubleshoot payer issues and client configurations using healthcare EDI transactions.
  • Determine severity and scope of issues; manage cases in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field beneficial.
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare IT industry.
  • Experience with ANSI X12 message structure (270/271) and analytical troubleshooting.
