Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term)

You will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent for departments including Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, Finance & Accounting in EMEA. Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis). Attract the best talent to OpenTable and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse). Be a brand ambassador by building and maintaining the OpenTable employment brands. Constantly build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions. Pipeline talent for future roles. Help craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.
