- Serve as a trusted advisor applying healthcare and product expertise across engagements.
Adoption & Optimization:
- Guide customers through workflow and organizational change to drive successful adoption.
- Develop targeted adoption strategies including training, building champions, and addressing resistance.
- Assess utilization and workflow performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Outcomes & Practice Excellence:
- Own the quality and effectiveness of recommendations throughout implementation and optimization.
- Develop and share reusable workflow patterns, playbooks, and best practices.
- Bring customer insights and recurring challenges back to inform product improvements.
