Overview:
- Join an established team of legal recruiters within Consilio's People & Development team.
- Recruit, screen, interview, vet, and professionally develop candidates for legal and legal-tech roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source talent, including passive candidates, and strategize with New Business and Client Solutions teams.
- Manage candidate relationships, prepare candidates for interviews, and engage administrative team for paperwork.
- Document activities in ATS (Bullhorn) and provide ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctor (J.D.) highly preferred; 3-5 years of legal experience required.
- Prior legal recruiting experience strongly preferred; Bullhorn or similar ATS experience needed.
- Strong ability to assess talent, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.
