Overview:

  • Join an established team of legal recruiters within Consilio's People & Development team.
  • Recruit, screen, interview, vet, and professionally develop candidates for legal and legal-tech roles.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source talent, including passive candidates, and strategize with New Business and Client Solutions teams.
  • Manage candidate relationships, prepare candidates for interviews, and engage administrative team for paperwork.
  • Document activities in ATS (Bullhorn) and provide ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctor (J.D.) highly preferred; 3-5 years of legal experience required.
  • Prior legal recruiting experience strongly preferred; Bullhorn or similar ATS experience needed.
  • Strong ability to assess talent, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.
