Job Description

Manage a portfolio of Higher Education accounts, ensuring consistent renewals, long-term satisfaction, and growth opportunities. Proactively engage customers to reduce churn risk, improve retention, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning LabStats’ solutions with institutional goals and metrics for success. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Track account health, renewal status, and expansion pipeline in Salesforce with accuracy. Use product usage data to uncover adoption trends and recommend broader deployment strategies. Report on customer performance, satisfaction, and revenue growth across your accounts.
