Job Description

A Workday Talent Partner is responsible for using Workday to configure talent profiles, set goals, conduct reviews, provide continuous feedback, and manage succession plans by leveraging Workday's talent and performance features. This role involves configuring systems, translating business requirements into Workday solutions, supporting implementation, and staying updated on Workday enhancements for talent and performance. Responsibilities include talent profile configuration, goal setting and performance reviews, continuous feedback & coaching, succession planning & talent pools, and Workday analytics. The Talent Partner also leads the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Talent & Performance modules, gathers requirements, and oversees testing and troubleshooting. Staying updated on Workday updates, enhancements, and best practices is crucial.
