Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the fiat wallet proposition and payments service
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends
- Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new payment products
Business development:
- Develop plans and creative solutions to drive Retail, HNWI, and Corp/ Institutions volumes
- Manage relationships and develop new relationships with Banks, Credit and Financial Institutions
- Establish and own key performance indicators and metrics to measure and monitor the performance and successes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in payment management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
