As a Solutions Architect at Vanta, you will lead the technical implementation for our largest Enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment of Vanta’s Trust Management Platform. You will collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs. The role involves participating in customer pre- and post-sales scoping calls, and engaging in ongoing, recurring collaboration with customers. You will provide expert guidance on Vanta’s platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies. You will also work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements and address customer feedback. The role also includes conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use Vanta’s platform effectively and serving as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
