Role Overview:
- Lead and develop a fraud analyst team investigating emerging threats.
- Translate insights into risk strategies and scalable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and manage performance of fraud analysts.
- Own playbooks, tools, and standards for incident response.
- Partner with Data Science and Product to improve fraud detection.
Requirements:
- 3+ years people management, 5+ years in fraud prevention or risk.
- Strong analytical judgment and clear communication skills.
