Job Description

The Care Solutions Consultant is responsible for assessing customer needs and explaining how Home Instead (an Honor company) can provide services to help them age well at home. This role involves engaging with customers through phone, chat, and text, educating them about the services offered, and scheduling follow-up consultations. This role requires handling both inbound and outbound calls using various lead management tools, with emphasis on call quality and outcomes. This is a fully remote position and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. It suits independent or team workers who are self-starters. You are empathetic, service-oriented, and genuinely desire to assist and satisfy customers. Prior experience providing care to someone aging or background in the healthcare/ home health industry is a huge plus.
