Product Builder

What You'll Do:

• Understand problems directly from customers and users, shape solutions, and build the smallest useful version that tests your thinking.
• Write and ship production code across interfaces, APIs, integrations, data, and agent workflows, making practical product and experience decisions.
• Own tests, observability, and maintainability, verify AI-generated output, and build security and compliance into production work.

What We're Looking For:

• A record of building and shipping software that real users depend on, with depth in engineering, product, design, or data.
• AI as a daily working method, using coding agents and other AI tools on shipped work.
• Strong verification habits, clear communication, and product sense to assess whether solutions worked.

AI Integration:

• Leverage AI agents and emerging model capabilities to accelerate product discovery, software development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
• Apply strong verification, security, privacy, and compliance practices to all production work.
