Job Description
The Expert Services Team collaborates with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing implementation and advisory services. As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will play the role of an architect and a trusted advisor to the customer on product-agnostic core ServiceNow functionality. You will design and configure complex solutions and architectures using best practices, ensuring customer success.
You will collaborate with customers, lead customer workshops on architecture, design and integrations, and define technical solutions. You will perform hands on development on the ServiceNow platform leveraging technologies like Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The role involves contributing to continuous improvement and partnering with the pre-sales team.
