Job Description
The Global Account Director β New Business is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities for QAD Redzone. This role focuses on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Product, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Redzone solutions and secure new business.
This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote role, requiring up to 60% travel to meet with prospects and attend industry events. You will drive the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and serve as the voice of the customer. Qualifications include experience in outside sales, SME knowledge of QAD Redzoneβs products/services, and strong communication skills.
