Internal Events Lead

Overview:

• Create intentional, inclusive internal events that strengthen connection among remote team members.
• Align programming with company objectives and bring GitLab’s mission and vision to life.

What you’ll do:

• Design and lead internal events strategy for a fully remote, global company.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event analysis to ensure quality and ROI.
• Explore event technologies and AI tools to improve productivity and personalization.
