Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a Commercial AMER sales team to execute territory plans and meet goals.
  • Drive sales strategy across existing and new Commercial customers.
  • Prepare and communicate accurate forecasts.

You will also:

  • Analyze market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Educate your team on competitive products and market trends.
  • Track performance metrics and address performance gaps.

Furthermore, by:

  • Recruiting and onboarding Commercial sales talent.
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Supporting account strategies and driving expansion.
