About the Role:
- This is a founding role with high ownership and autonomy, working directly with the founding team.
- You will build the repeatable GTM playbook from scratch for a cutting-edge GenAI product.
What You'll Do:
- Own early go-to-market execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured feedback channels.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, or client-facing roles at startups.
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships/sales and/or B2C growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 USD annually.
- Founding team equity opportunity and visa sponsorship available.
