Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy.
- Lead and facilitate talent management processes including talent reviews.
- Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities.
Qualifications:
- 9–12 years of progressive HR experience including experience partnering directly with senior leaders in an HRBP role.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies in a complex organization.
