Job Description

The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling, and expanding the volume of use of our cloud fax platform. This role works closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies, leveraging their knowledge of the client's business needs and industry trends to achieve sustainable account growth. Key Responsibilities: Account Development Strategy: Create and implement account development strategies aligned with Documo's overall growth objectives, analyze account data, conduct market research, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers, act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, ensure excellent customer service, and understand our customers evolving needs and effectively communicate Documo's value proposition. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth within existing accounts, collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, expand business through upselling/cross-selling, and expand fax volume; secure annual renewals from an assigned book of business, perform account analysis to monitor churn rates and performance metrics. Research & Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, maintain up to date knowledge of our competitors, proactively research and analyze industry developments, and identify potential opportunities and potential risks.
