The Proposal Manager will manage, develop, and lead a team of proposal management professionals. You will develop strategic and client-focused proposal content, written proposals, and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences. The Proposal Manager will analyze opportunities, create competitively positioned content, and convey a powerful corporate image to increase market share and improve profitability. This role ensures on-time and quality completion of projects in accordance with company standards, through a collaborative effort with internal and external customers.
Requires a minimum of a bachelorβs degree with five years of professional experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare sales, and/or strategic proposal-related work. Proven leadership is required in support of client acquisition and retention efforts. Must have effective verbal communication skills and advanced writing and editing expertise. Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Office products.
