As a Senior Talent Partner at Who Gives A Crap, you will be more than just a recruiter; you're the strategic Talent Partner embedded into the business to find the brilliant, purpose-driven folks who make the magic happen! This role offers you the opportunity to have a tangible impact on our growth and progress across the organisation. You’ll achieve this by truly understanding the unique needs of the functions you support, proactively translating their specifics into innovative role designs and targeted talent pools. You’ll own the entire process, combining your love of recruitment and strategic business partnering to build trusted relationships with People Leaders to ensure a candidate journey as smooth as our bamboo toilet paper. You’ll have a strong influence on our talent strategy, using data like a superpower while always keeping the wonderful humans front and centre throughout. You will build strong, respectful relationships with hiring managers to shape roles, spot great talent, and help teams grow in the right direction using confident, values-led decisions. The company is looking for someone proactive, data-savvy, and curious and always looking for ways to improve how to hire. The company also ideally wants someone bringing some in-house recruitment experience and has worked in a global or constantly evolving business and know how to stay people-focused through change
