Director of People

We’re looking for a Director of People who will lead our People function as we grow into a Series B business. This role requires someone who can operate confidently at both the strategic and hands-on levels. The Director will lead the People function with a high degree of ownership, proposing, shaping, and rolling out the programs and infrastructure the business needs as we mature. You’ll inherit a solid People foundation and build the next stage. You’ll directly manage a Senior Talent Partner and partner closely with Administrative Manager, Finance, Founders, and other leaders across the company. This role reports to our COO & Co-Founder.
