About the Role:
- Support infrastructure capacity operations by managing incoming requests through a case tracking system.
- Triage, validate, and route requests to appropriate owners while maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare weekly metrics on request volumes, backlogs, and escalations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate request details, including identifiers, SKUs, regions, and core counts.
- Resolve routine cases following documented procedures and escalate complex issues.
- Coordinate with account teams and capacity owners to track outstanding actions.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination or case management.
- At least 2 years using ticketing systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals and strong analytical skills.
