Partnership Manager

CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 20,000 students to 100,000 students served annually. To accomplish this, we are hiring a Partnership Manager to help steward CodePath’s university relationships, ensuring each institution experiences our programs as high-quality, mission-aligned, and transformative for their students. This role oversees the entire partner engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and program integration to expanding relationships and driving renewals. You will play a pivotal role in scaling CodePath’s impact by deepening institutional trust, cultivating campus champions, and ensuring seamless program delivery. Success in this role involves translating institutional priorities into actionable solutions, delivering exceptional partner experiences, and quantifying CodePath's value through strong student outcomes and data storytelling.
