Job Description
Become a Brainlab Support Specialist and provide technical support, managing installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems such as Loop X and Airo. You will provide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation. You will also ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction. This position includes supporting product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboarding. Accurate documentation of all service activities in compliance with quality standards is essential. Collaboration with other teams like sales, engineering, and clinical support ensures a seamless customer experience.
