Primary Function:
- Partner with local sales leadership to assess the GYN/URO opportunity.
- Select a group of critically strategic accounts.
- Drive growth through training surgeons to autonomy.
Essential Job Duties:
- Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice Pivot.
- Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
- Build a Robust QTI data set that clearly shows the clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Sales experience with at least 2 year Medical Device experience required.
- Urology or Gyn experience preferred.
- Proven ability to influence peers.
