Client Support & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary support contact for IIX Values users.
- Respond to client queries via email, chat, and video call.
- Build trusted relationships with clients.
Quality Assurance & Platform Testing:
- Conduct regular QA testing of IIX Values features.
- Test new features across devices and browsers.
- Validate data collection flows, survey logic, scoring algorithms, and report outputs.
Bug Reporting & Tech Team Collaboration:
- Document platform bugs clearly and precisely.
- Log and track issues in the team’s project management and bug-tracking tools.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams.
