Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight of our global benefits operations. This individual will support the administration, reporting, and analysis of benefit programs across regions, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, financial forecasting, and continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The Benefits Analyst will analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and vendor performance to identify opportunities for program improvement and cost optimization. They will also maintain HRIS-benefits integrations and vendor data feeds, ensuring accurate data exchange. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, accruals, and audit processes related to benefits.
